Clean Vessel Act- New York Pump-Out Stations

The Clean Vessel Act is administered by the US Fish & Wildlife Service in conjunction with the representative states. The following brochure describes the program:

Clean Vessel Act

The following New York Clean Vessel Act regulations are provided by the NY Department of Environmental Conservation and administered by the NY State Environmental Facilities Corporation. Note that the state of New York does not have an official Clean Marinas program. However, the following documents provided by the New York City Dept. of Parks & Recreation and New York Sea Grant provide steps to take for the protection of our marine resources:
